MONDAY

✅ 7-8pm Pekiti Tirsia Kali – Bladed and impact weapon mastery with dynamic movement.

✅ 8-9pm Jeet Kune Do Concepts – Adaptive, direct, and explosive combat efficiency.

TUESDAY

✅ 5:15-6pm MKG Cubs

✅ 6-7pm MKG Teens

✅ 7-8pm Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – The art of leverage, control, and submissions.

✅ 8-9pm Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – Sparring.

WEDNESDAY

Closed for 1-2-1 and small group training 

THURSDAY

✅ 5:15-6pm MKG Cubs

✅ 6-7pm MKG Teens

✅ 7-8pm Muay Thai – Devastating knees, elbows, and clinch domination.

✅ 8-9pm CSW – Flow through the ranges from striking into takedowns and grappling

 

FRIDAY

Closed for 1-2-1 and small group training 

SATURDAY

✅ 8-9am Pekiti Tirsia Kali (Private)

✅ 9-10am Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – The art of leverage, control, and submissions.
